Cancelation Policy.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.

For example, if your pickup is scheduled for Wednesday at 1:00 PM, your cancellation request must be received by Monday at 1:00 PM to qualify for a full refund.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time cannot be refunded, and will incur a one (1) day charge. This policy exists because last-minute cancellations often mean we've turned away other potential renters for that equipment.

No-Shows

If you fail to pick up your equipment during your scheduled pickup day, you will be charged for one full rental day. This charge applies regardless of the reason for the missed pickup, as the equipment was held and prepared specifically for your rental.

How to Cancel

To cancel your rental:

1. Send an email to hello@dfirentals.com

2. Include your order number

3. Clearly state that you wish to cancel

4. Include your scheduled pickup date and time

Modifying Orders

If you need to modify your rental rather than cancel it entirely, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee availability for changed dates or equipment, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Late Returns

As a reminder, any equipment returned after 12:00 PM on your scheduled return date will be billed for a full additional rental day. Please plan your production schedule accordingly.
