Pickup & Return
Located in Downtown Los Angeles, simply show us your order number upon arrival, sign for pickup, and be on your way!
Please enter from the South San Pedro entrance, where we have a loading zone and street parking available right out the door.
Pickups: 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Returns: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Returns after noon are possible but may be subject to an additional day charge if conflicts arise. Please contact us if you foresee a late return.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in loading and loading your vehicle due to liability reasons; however, we provide complimentary carts to transport equipment to and from your vehicle.
