Coverage Opt-Out Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is made effective through clicking on the checkbox denoted by “I have read the above, and accept the terms” by Lessee. By agreeing to this Agreement, Lessee is bound by this Agreement and all terms and conditions herein, whether or not the Lessee has read them. Lessee warrants that the individual booking this rental has full authority to enter into this Agreement and/or sign this Agreement on behalf of a corporate or like business entity if applicable. 

I understand that a coverage opt-out is not a waiver of responsibility for damages. Coverage opt-out is not insurance, and does not provide any coverage to rented items. In the event of a damage, loss, or any other claim, I will be responsible for 100% of the repair or replacement costs of the item, along with any continuing rental charges until the equipment is restored to rental condition.
